  This is how they left their project. We are still going through legal process five months after they were supposed to be done. Note, and don't forget, that their contract does not have a provision for attorney's fees, Force Majeur is used lightly. Attorney's fees are all out of pocket for our company right now. $25,000+ The photos are of the project two days after they were supposed to be done. Click on the photo icon below to see photos. They were paid for almost 2/3 as shown. A&S wanted MORE money to keep going. They left the same day the photos were taken. The reason they were unable to complete the job on time was because one of the owners fell off the ledge at the property, the whole crew drank out of the same water container and got sick for one week (no one was there for a whole week), the owner then got in a car wreck and couldn't work... Great experience. Thank you, A&S Construction!

  Steve and his crew were able to fix up some very difficult "fix ups" that we needed to have done in order to sell our home. A job we thought would be an insurmountable task was replacing the window glazing bead on over 30 windows. We had asked 2 window specialists prior to contacting Steve who said they couldn't (or wouldn't) do it. Steve said "no problem...we can do that" and they did. We continued business with Steve after we moved into our new home and we highly recommend A&S Construction.

  I had hail damage to my roof in Aurora, CO and A&S Construction was quick and efficient to replace my roof! It assisted me in selling my house to have a brand new roof! They provide excellent customer service in helping you work with your insurance company. They made it so easy for me! Thank you A&S!
