  I received excellent results working with ASAP Roofing. Tom, the owner did my estimate himself. They showed up on the day he told me they would. He was on top of the job throughout and met me at the house when the job was done to make sure the roof was done right and I was happy. He answered all my questions and gave detailed follow-up communication. I recommend them and will definitely hire ASAP Roofing again.

  I had my house done with asap roofing. Tom is always on top of things, if you have any questions make sure to call him he always answers, always shows up to the job site to make sure everything is going well. Very good cleanup. Very happy with this roofing company I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

  Thomas sent one of his roofing guys to come out to my home to fix my leaking roof. The roof was fixed; however, my roof is still leaking in the same area. I called Thomas and informed him that my roof is still leaking in the same area of the initial leak/fix. He said he was going to send someone out again to fix it. Nobody showed up and Thomas is ignoring my phone calls. Word to the wise, never do business with Thomas or A.S.A.P Roofing. My roof that I paid for is still leaking. What a horrible experience. ***** 12/15/2021 Update and Response to Thomas' comment ******* Thomas, what you wrote below is an absolute lie. I called and spoke to you twice informing you that my roof is still leaking. You said you were going to send your roofing crew back to my house and nobody ever showed up. I also called and left you a voicemail. I’ll be very happy to show the court my call log.

  I sent a roofing crew to repair the leaks on a fairly new tile roof, leaking because of a bad installation. The homeowner called and we were able to get there in a reasonable amount of time. Stopped the leak and NEVER received a call back. The amount of work completed went well above what the work order was for. It's unfortunate that there's no recourse against a bad review I would like to see a text, call or Email trail but can't because there isn't one!
