  Originally asked to have my screws siliconed, was given a decent quote and begun the job. Instead of silicone he used flex seal which worked for about 3 months until it cracked and flaked off. Not the job I paid for nor quoted for but gave the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward 3 more months, requested a quote to remove and replace all screws, got the quote and we went forward with the job. He sent out a guy 3 weeks after the original date he said he would start, and the guy only spent 10 minutes on the roof and left without a word. They came back with 4 more guys 2 more weeks later and spent the morning on the roof. I was then contacted and asked for full payment for a complete job. I got on the roof myself and they only replaced 20 percent of the screws and worse they damaged an area and didn't fix it. I sent pictures to them and they said just send a check for what I think is fair and never contacted us again.
