  Very unprofessional, late everyday they did show up. A job that should have been 4 days max, took over a month. They left trash in my yard in the days they did show up, nails, screws, wood, cut off sheet metal pieces. They pulled my water heater vent stack completely out and threw it away. I had to buy a new vent stack to replace it. Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I won't use them again unless it's warranty work. The owner doesn't like me because I expected professionalism and got mediocre work.

  When we arrived to drop materials there was no place to drop materials due to hurricane debris and other trash laying in the yard. The crew came down with Covid and that was the only delay because that were to sick to get out there, the weather delays are out of our control we can’t have a wet roof surface when hanging metal roofing it becomes very slippery when wet. This is the first time I’ve heard anything about the hot water heater vent and if you have the receipts I would gladly reimburse you that costs as you never mentioned this prior to now? You have my cell number we have been serving the area for over thirty years and have thousands of satisfied customers. I addressed everyone of your complaints personally and bent over backwards to satisfy your requests it’s unfortunate you’ve decided to post this negative review.   Mr. Ford and Chris are very knowledgeable about roofing, the quality and degree of the various shingles offered in the roofing industry. Mr. Ford was exceedingly prompt in responding to our calls and concerns. His roofers were very professional, respectful, and after installing our roof they left our yard very clean. I highly recommend Ford Roofing in Houma to install and take care of our roof needs. We will definitely hire them again!!!

  Mr. Ford is very knowledgeable about roofing, and helpful when picking out different colors for the roof. His employees we efficient at their jobs, and they were very kind and respectful every time I talked to them. He was honest about how long it would take to get to me from the beginning which I appreciated his honesty. It’s a company worth waiting for.
