  Kevin did a great job pressure washing our house. The process was fast but very thorough. The pressure he used was not so hard that it damaged anything. He was also carefull around the flower beds. Would use him again and definitely recommend him.

  A Modern Curb Appeal makes concrete edging. That curb they installed around my large tree adds so much to the look of my front yard. I am very happy with the final product, as happy as I was with the professional, and curteous crew.

  A Modern Curb Appeal provided excellent communications and fast service. They provided "after" photos so I could see the results of their work. They were respectful of the property and gave timely and competitive cost estimations up front. I plan to use then again for additional work.
