  I got several bids for a new roof, gutters and skylights. Memo at A and M provided the best bid and took the time to explain the options. He accomodated our schedule and did a fantastic job, in the time he said it would take. The roof, gutters and skylights are all perfectly installed and he fixed some other problems on the roof as well. I highly recommend A and M for these services.

  A&M recently replaced the roofs on two buildings for me. From the beginning to the end Memo was easy to work with, accommodating of my tenants needs and schedules and was always quick to respond to questions. His crew was polite, thorough and hard working without any drama, delays or noxious behavior. The work was done in the amount of time they anticipated for it and there were no surprises during the work. On several details they went above and beyond what they could have done if they were just interested in doing it cheaply. That said their estimate was significantly less than the other bids I had received. At the end of the work the yard was clean and Memo followed up to see if I had any concerns, which I did not. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or suggest them to anyone else. I am an architect and have worked with a fair number of roofers on many types of projects and I didn't see anything that they did which gave me cause for concern. Use them with confidence.
