  We have used this company twice and have been extremely happy both times. Because they are so good, they stay very busy. However they have always been very receptive to my scheduling needs.

  I called and was brushed off the phone very quickly as if I was bothering them. I then sent an email expressing my concerns and got a call back. During the call I was advised they didn't know when it would be for them to get out and give an estimate but they would be in touch. That was a week ago, have not heard anything. We're done - moving on to someone that can offer customer service.
