  Alkalis did a great job doing our siding and his work enclosing our porch for a foyer area was excellent mike his carpenter did a excellent job with the framing of closet and painting.

  AK and his crew are amazing! We were looking for a contractor to build us a 12x15 deck from scratch since June 2021. The previous contractors did not follow up with a proposal. Or could not give us a price because of the inflation of materials. Other contractors did not want to work with a NY permit. It was becoming a nightmare. Until I was referred to call AK. He came on time with his notepad and a pen. He emailed me a proposal that evening for a composite deck. Unfortunately we were not able to afford it. He then sent me another proposal with wood. We signed and we are so happy we did! The deck was built in 14 days with one day off; working through the cold and rain this November 2021. AK's crew is just as professional and kind as he is. They arrived before 8am and worked a full day. The craftsman ship on the built is beyond our expectations. We were getting positive feedback during the build and after it was completed by neighbors and friends. The deck is beautiful the steps are closed in so going up the stairs you can't see through. The lock and the hardware used for the gate looks so sophisticated. It is truly pass our expectations. The crew cleaned up everyday the debris that was left from building. My husband and I are very happy. After the built AK had one of his employees come back to install the solar caps that I was waiting to be delivered.😍 We are looking forward in using them again to replace the screen door. "Good things comes to those who wait" this definitely applies here. So happy to have waited and had AK and his crew build us a beautiful deck.

  Alkis and his crew did a phenomenal job in our siding project for our house. The turnaround was quick, and the workmanship is impressive. The potential savings in our heating bills will be a bonus. Thank you!
