My family and I were victims of Hurricane Michael in Panama City. AJ Wells Roofing and Construction made the trip over to our town to help us and others at a time when nearly every single roof had damage across 7 counties! Local and nearby roofers were way overbooked, but AJ Wells came to the rescue! They were very informative and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. They even helped me know what to ask other roofers so I could ask informed questions when shopping around for additional estimates -- which they recommended I did. I am pleased that I ultimately chose this company! Their office staff is helpful, kind, and personable (one even rescued a puppy abandoned in the storm!). Even though I was across the state, they didn't forget about me when it came to finishing up detail work after they returned home after several busy months helping rebuild Bay County! They made additional trips here to make sure their customers were happy and that all the work was 100% done and of proper quality. Thank you, AJ Wells Roofing and Construction, for your thorough work, good customer service, and your honesty and compassion. At a time when things were at their worst here, you came through for us, and it made a big difference.
