  Great team to work with. Soft roof washing on my North facing 79 year old slate roof. Amazing how much it cleaned up! My neighbors used him for roof/ siding washing after my recommendation and we're really satisfied. Our only collective comment was that the windows and screens needed to be washed after the roof was done from all the debris that was removed, makes perfect sense, just didn't think of it beforehand. I wouldn't hesitate to use again if the opportunity presented itself.

  We had Fuller give us an estimate in April of this year, 2021. They said it would be 4-6 weeks before they're next available appointment. 3 weeks later an employee showed up...no call, no email, nothing to let us know they were coming. The owner had said we'd get a call/email letting us know they were coming. At the time he showed up we still had all of our patio furniture, grill, etc out along the back of the house, our porch furniture out, things hung up on the house, and our old shutters still on. We were replacing them and wanted it cleaned before we put the new ones on. I was working and we didn't have time to quickly remove everything. When I called, the receptionist was very friendly and explained that the owner never took our email so that's why we never received an email or anything to let us know. She said she'll put us in the schedule but that it could be another 3-6 weeks before they come back. We said that was fine, we were okay with waiting. Well, it's now November and we still are waiting for them to show (insert sarcasm). Very unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone.

  Last week Jim and his team soft washed my roof and house, and did a fantastic job! His crew couldn't have been more professional and courteous. Their process renewed my roof to like-new conditions, and the house is shinning! I would highly recommend A Fuller Service and wished I used them sooner. ~Vince
