  Rick Parsons was fantastic to work with from the start he let us know what the issues was and what we could expect from their company. He always answered questions when they came up and came by our house several times. He was her this morning to get the crew which was absolutely awesome started. Your workers were fast but very good at what they do and when faced with an issue came to a quick solution. I didn’t get the name of the foreman of the job but he is extremely skilled and knowledgeable a great asset just like Rick to your business. I would truly recommend them if you have damage or just need a new roof. Thank you all for your attention to detail. P.S.- They did a great job cleaning up after such a hard days work as well.   I am using this company to replace my roof and gutters due to storm damage. Even though the service is not completed yet I wanted to let everyone know that I am working with Rick Parsons from A & A Roofing and Exteriors. He came out and went on roof, took pictures of all of the damage and then sat and went through everything he found in detail with me. He has always responded to all of my questions promptly, He even came out and was right there along with the Insurance Inspector when they came out. Explained everything after they sent my Insurance Quote for the damages. He is very professional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend anyone needing A & A Roofing and Exteriors services to call and ask for Rick. I could not ask for a better person to be working with through all of this! Thank you to Rick thus far for everything you have done and are doing for us. Now that all of the work is done....I can now do a final review of everything done by A & A Roofing and Exteriors. Rick has stayed in contact through the WHOLE process. Could not ask for a better person whom is very informative and keeps you updated. The roofing crew they sent out did an EXCELLENT job. They were quick, friendly, worked together as a crew very smoothly so that the job was done in the least amount of time. Did a Great Clean-up job after all was done. Would recommend them to do any roofing job you needed done. The Gutter guys were very quick, thorough and did a great job also! I am so glad I found out about A & A Roofing as they have been the best company to deal with through all of this. And Don't for get to ask for Rick Parsons. Thanks to Rick and the Crews and all of the others in the foreground of A & A Roofing.

  Rick was very informative about the shingles and the process of putting on our new roof. He responded right away when I messaged him with questions. Best of all he communicated with my insurance company with a reinspection to get the full amount for the repairs we needed. He is very friendly and professional and I would reccomend him to anyone who needs roofing services.
