A & A General Construction  is definitely a go to for your roofing and siding needs. The person that we was in contact with throughout  the whole process of our roof  was Brennan. Brennan was very respectful and definitely helpful throughout the whole process from the being to the end. Any question that we had he  had the answers and was very easy to get in contact with but for the most part of the whole process he was contacting us to keep us informed. Alex and his team did a great job with my roof. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Everyone was very professional and helpful with insurance issues and choosing my roof. His installation crew worked like a well oiled machine and had my yard cleared up and were finished in half a day.

This company preyed on my husband when Hurricane Laura came through and destroyed our entire roof. We needed our roof tarped, and they explained that we had to sign a contract to replace our roof in order to get the tarps done. My husband did not know what he was getting into with signing a contract for a roof replacement, and did not know that he was being coerced into signing a contract before the insurance even looked at our roof. I do not feel like it is professional to tell a customer that they have to use your company for the roof to be repaired just to have a tarp placed. Needless to say, we canceled our contract immediately once we spoke to our insurance and discovered that we have the right to choose our roofing contractor, and that we could pay for emergency tarping services and have it reimbursed by insurance. Warning!! I would not sign anything without talking to your insurance company!

Hey Betsy, that's not the intention that our company has on our homeowners. We are not trying to force anyone to sign anything that they don't want to. The contract just strictly states that by signing you will guaranteed us the work through the insurance and that the only thing you are responsible is to pay your deductible. It also allows us to climb and dry in your roof while we wait for the insurance. We would love for you to reconsider taking your review down since we stand behind our reviews. This company knows what they’re doing. Knowledgeable, professional and helpful throughout the entire process with helping me replace my roof. We went the route of insurance for storm damage replacement and they literally did all of the work. I recommend them for all roofing/interior/exterior needs!

Amazing job! My roof was done in less than a day. I almost paid out of pocket and these guys mentioned that I should try going  through my insurance first and sure enough I only had to pay my deductible and my insurance paid for the rest! Best way to start 2020!
