  When we bought our house in Georgetown's Belle Isle neighborhood, Dennis Price's AA Low Country Home Builders had completed the bulk of the previous owner's renovation. He installed new bamboo flooring throughout the house, expanded the master bath to include a large walk-in shower and clawfoot tub, and opened the dining, kitchen and livingroom into a beautiful open plan, with a large custom hickory island and range hood. Dennis and his team continued to work with us over the next month after we moved in to make a few changes (creating a mudroom and laundry/pantry from a storage room) and a few electrical and finishing touches. We love the details and the quality of his company's work. Dennis is very professional, pleasant, and great to work with. Highly recommended for your building and remodeling projects.

  I used AA Lowcountry Buliders to paint and replace exterior wood on my home in the fall of 2017 in the Pawleys Island area. The cost was reasonable, the work was done in a timely basis and the quality of the work was excellent. Dennis, the owner, kept all of his promises and stayed in touch with me regularly during the project and could not have been nicer or more professional. I highly recommend this company. Bobby
