Sandy was very helpful and knowledgeable. The crew was polite,very efficient and cleaned up all debris. Highly recommend this roofing company. Donnie and Sandy are professional and go above and beyond with customer service. Great price too.

The roof was replaced in 2 days: Friday they came and worked quickly to remove the old roof and replace it. Monday they came when the shingles were delivered and finished by mid-day. The work was done well. What I wish this company did was communicate with their customers. I was not made aware of the documents that they taped to my flagpole, who they were for (the final inspector) or the fact that the inspector would be coming to my property. I saw a man walking around my property yesterday and received a call late in the day saying that the inspector came out to do the final inspection and couldn’t find the paperwork for it and asked if I had it in the home. I called back and left a voicemail saying that I had all the documents and that I was not made aware in any way, shape or form that someone would be coming to my home. I received a call this morning from them, and the man on the phone fussed that the inspector WILL NOT get out of his car or come to the door if the documents were not where they were and would fine the company $100. He made that very clear and asked if I had the means to put the documents where they had left them (again, TAPED to my FLAGPOLE, WITHOUT my knowledge, or CALLING ME to tell me why I had things taped to my property.) While I am extremely happy with the roof and the work this company did, I am sorely disappointed with their communication skills.

This roofer did a quick turn around on the estimate but was rude and uninterested in our job when we couldn't meet his super short deadlines for finalizing the plans "or the price is going up, you should have been here last week"! It was going to be 15 weeks until the roof could be put on, but we had to be there yesterday to seal the deal! Merry Christmas, your office said this week would be fine. I suppose there is so much business post hurricane season you don't need to be a courteous business man. Karma

I'm very sorry for this however at that time we was receiving price increases almost every month so we do have a 14 day policy to protect us from doing roofs with outdated prices... If we have a sign contract we have the ability with our suppliers to freeze prices to the signed date. Again I am sorry but we have to follow our own guidelines to stay fair to everyone.
