We had 970 do just about everything- drywall, paint, trim, two stories worth of flooring, bathroom tile black splash, caulking, etc, I cannot speak highly enough of their work ethic and quality. There is not one error in the entirety of their work, and I truly couldn’t be happier working with them. They were flexible when I had unexpected medical situation that disrupted my schedule and they worked with our insurance. 5+ stars!!!

Wow! Zach came over same day to give us a roof inspection. I've never been so impressed with a home service as we were with Zach. He was super quick, incredibly knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and had loads of ideas for fixes. Best of all? He was HONEST. We knew our roof had some hail damage but he said that it was all cosmetic and that we didn't need a new roof. His inspection didn't cost us a penny and now we have piece of mind. Call Zach! You won't regret it.

Really amazing experience. I live in an HOA, so there were several units getting new roofing. The timeline and details were thoroughly explained, and we had communication and contact information provided before construction started. The roof is great, project finished on time, and cleanup timely. The project manager was awesome and went above and beyond even finding and attaching a bracket for my flag pole and every small detail like house numbers and lighting was given full attention.

My primary contact with 970 Services was through Zach. I found Zach to be very knowledgeable and expert in our conversations about our roof replacement.

He was very honest and considerate of our limited time schedule for selling our home. An inspection ordered by the prospective buyers revealed a significantly damaged roof, requiring replacement. Zach confirmed the roof damage and showed us photographs as proof.

Zach got back to me the same evening of the inspection with an estimate and schedule for work. All roofers working for Zach were extremely professional and efficient. They cleaned up our yard and neighboring yards as it was an extremely windy day.

970 Services did an excellent job of installing a new roof. The materials and work product are excellent and within budget. Their price was far less than another roofing company had estimated for our prospective buyer.

Paul and Adam delivered on an unbelievable bathroom renovation that met the needs for my girlfriend’s ADA requirements and to make necessary updates to the floor plan. The 970 Services team showed up on time everyday, worked tirelessly on every little detail, and cleaned the working areas after each day. The resulting bathroom was phenomenal and outperformed my expectations. I’ll be using 970 Services on future home renovations knowing that I’ll be getting the best service in Fort Collins.

Zach was able to work us into his schedule the same day I called. He was very informative and professional! We would recommend 970 Services to any of our friends and family!!!

Our family used 970 Services for a half dozen jobs ranging from installing a new roof, to new floors throughout our house, to two separate decks in our back yard.

We decided to call 970 Services based on a neighbors recommendation, we really liked their team and decided to use their services for all of our projects starting with a new roof.

The roof project went really well and I never imagined the sense of security that comes with having a new roof - especially when its pouring rain outside.

The next project was repairing some of the siding and trim around the house. We are very happy with the results but were a little disappointed in how long it took. We couldn’t grasp how disappointed until days began getting shorter and colder. The house painter was literally working in the dark to finish before temperatures dropped below 40 degrees. Love the commitment to get the job done but some spots were missed, or rushed - and the quality suffered a little. Overall we were thrilled with how our house looks.

We also had new carpet, tile and vinyl floors installed throughout the house. The tile work looks awesome and we’re couldn’t be happier with that. Our carpet also looks great although there are two spots where the seams are more obvious than we would prefer. The vinyl floors look amazing despite some pretty serious blunders during the install. The end result is what really matters and the team at 970 Services made things right.

Lastly, we couldn’t be happier with our decks in the backyard. The same employee who laid our tile floors built our decks and you can really tell. The craftsmanship is just awesome. The team at 970 Services worked with our design and our budget to deliver an amazing couple of decks.

Overall, we would highly recommend 970 Services. After shopping around for contractors and hearing all the horror stories - at the end of the day, Adam and his team delivered. Did we experience a few hiccups and breakdowns of communication? Yes, but when you consider the scope of these projects - things went a lot smoother than we really expected.

We noticed some water damage on our basement ceiling. 970 Services came out and inspected it, gave us a fair estimate and repaired it all in a very timely manner! We were very pleased with their professionalism and the work that was done. Highly recommend!

Best customer service experience I've ever had! We had a difficult situation with our insurance company on our roof, and Adam went above and beyond to help us out. His crew did an amazing job in a very short amount of time. We also had 970 Services paint our house and that crew was amazingly polite and did a great job. We needed a little electrical work and plumbing work done as well, and the references Adam provided were also top notch. HIGHLY recommend 970 Services for roofing, painting, and restoration services. I don't think there's a thing they can't do!

I loved everything about working with 970 Services, and they really delivered a first-class experience. We contacted them for an estimate after our roof was totaled from a hail storm over the summer. After agreeing to the proposal, 970 Services was great about communication (scheduling, providing recommendations for other work we needed done, progress updates on the roof installation, etc.), and the crew that came out to work on our house was also super professional and cleaned up the area very well. Will recommend them and use them again in the future!
