  They hired a sub contractor to replace my moms a/c and have not paid them. But our insurance has paid them (7m). Now the sub-contractor is filing a lien on my 91 year old moms house! Really 7M? Is this how you do business we have called and left messages no one has returned our calls. Well they are STILL not answering their phones and the sub-contractor did file a lien on my mothers house so SHE had to pay the sub-contractor. The Insurance Co. has confirmed that they paid 7M and the Insurance Co. has tried to reach them and left several messages that have not been returned. So I stand behind my 1st review and will be posting it everywhere I can. Shame on you 7M!

  Response from the owner

  We at 7m apologize for the inconvenience. We have a job software that is showing this bill paid to this contractor several months back. We also have text messages to the contractor when we were attempting to pay him, telling us we didn't owe any money. However, the owner has since requested payment. in requesting his method of receiving the payment, the pay pal request was in an individuals name and not his business. So our need is to ensure he was not paid already and is mistaken. Our office administrator is no longer with 7M. So our delay is not having someone to follow up on this issue. The contractor will be paid once we find the missing payment . This will be completed in a day or two from this response. And the office answers calls between 8 and 5pm. If we can be of an assistance in any manner please feel free to call or email and the owner will respond to your communication his self .
