  These ARE the guys you want to do business with! Eric came out to give an estimate and virtually NO pressure whatsoever to get the job. Once construction began to demolish an old garage and build a new one in a new location, these guys never asked for any up-front money whatsoever. We were told that they would collect one-third of the estimated cost...when one-third of the job was done. The full balance wasn't requested until the entire job had been completed! The concern of falling into the typical trap of losing $$$ to a contractor who skipped on his contracted agreement was eliminated! And the bonus was a great job well done! Timely, efficient, and neat!

  Contracted them for a Compensated Bid regarding repairing a damaged structure. Their bid was wholly incomplete and didn't address any of the structural issues of the damaged structure. Their bid wasn't itemized or detailed in any way. It was so vague that it was impossible to tell what kind of work was going to be done and to what quality. When I contacted them for clarification about some of the questions I had regarding the bid. I was ignored and never contacted back. I have serious doubts as to the competency of the person who evaluated the structure and completed the bid. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
