  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not honor their contract, nor do they honor their warranty. Commercial roof was replaced and still leaking 18 months later. They became unresponsive to repair and even sent out a different company to attempt repairs. Still leaking! Their warranty company is unresponsive. Our business is having to consider legal action. This is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. Also, many of the “positive” reviews here are by employees. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is.

  We’re sorry to see your review. Feel free to call our office anytime if your having issues with your commercial membrane warranty. Our goal is always to honor our contracts and treat other the way we would want to be treated. Please note we do not warranty walls or non roof related issues, and all warranty work must be done in compliance with the manufacturers approval in order maintain the manufacture warranty that you purchased. We would be happy to call the manufacturer for you and request a response if your having trouble.

  I’ve had great success with 3G Industrial Roofing (which stands for 3 generations of roofing). The roofing crews all wear yellow high vis shirts and the trucks and equipment were all well maintained. The sales man knew exactly what my roof needed and was able to talk about the different price options I could do. They did a free roof report with pictures for my records and had my estimate by the end of the week. Great experience, will use them in the future again.
