  I had a list of projects I needed done at my house. I sent an email and left a voicemail about the work I needed completed. It took a week to receive a response. Once I did, we scheduled a time for Butch to come out. I came home from work early for him not to show. I received a call from the secretary later in the day to set up another time for Butch to stop out, so I agreed to it. I again came home from work early and he never showed. I also never received a phone call. At this point, I didn't bother reaching out again because I didn't want such an unreliable company performing work at my house. Really too bad.

  Fast and reliable when they came to our home. They cleaned up after themselves and were all very friendly. Best part was they quoted us way less then anyone else in canandaigua!
