1st Rate Construction/Calvin worked on 2 of our properties. The most impressive thing was the versatility of the company. One house got total window replacement, and they did a great job and made sure it was done right. The other job included soffit and drywall repair. The work was done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. The time and effort made the house look great!

First rate construction what is my employer for a period of time I have nothing negative to say. An amazing employer who really looks out for his employees. And is not the typical boss to just sit back and watch he is more than willing to get his hands dirty with you to complete a job and do great quality work.
