  Robert came and gave me a quote. I choose him but he never answered my call. A lady finally called me back after 2 weeks only to tell me he declined this painting job! I ask why and wasn't given a reason! He also said he does tile work in the bathrooms and would email pictures of his work which never came after I requested them 3 times! His non responsiveness ensured I'll never call him or recommend him for anything ever! No sense in acting like this! Totally unprofessional !!!

  Yes, we did give you a quote. We never signed a contract with you to do this painting work. We declined the job and told you why. We have the right to decline non-contracted work. We never got 3 requests from you to email pictures. There is false information in your review. Your dishonesty makes us realize that declining to contract this work with you was the right decision.

  He came out on a thursday and gave me a quote on a roof repair and said he would return the following Monday to do the job. 2 weeks went by and we heard nothing, so I called and he barely remembered coming here but then said he would be out in the next few days to do the job. 2 weeks later I called again to see why he hadn't returned, only got the voice-mail with no return phone call. When you give a quote, set up a date for the repair and don't show up or return phone calls, I wouldn't use this company for anything.

  Robert and his crew did a good job. I am 100% satisfied with the construction and the appearance of the new roof. Robert suggested my color and it is awesome, and getting a lot of compliments from my neighbors. I was impressed the way his guys would constantly blow any loose nails from my gutters. On top of all this Robert made a few changes to his schedule to work with my schedule. This is the GAF Golden Warranty (which he paid for). So looks like I am safe as a bug in a rug until the day I die. On our first meeting I saw a man with work clothes and dirty hands...NOT some guy all dressed up trying to impress me, in fact that was what impressed me the most..
