  1st Colorado Roofing was recommended to us by our home insurance provider. Nick Champion was great! Nick provided an accurate estimate for the job and was excellent at communicating with us about the installation date and minor details associated with inspections. The team tore off the old roof and installed the new roof in one day. Our home/yard was protected with tarps during installation and cleaned extremely well at the end of the day. Excellent service all around!

  Dallas Green at 1st Colorado Roofing worked with us to install four new skylights. We were impressed throughout. Dallas worked with us to get the work scheduled in coordination with other work on our project and was good to communicate with during the process. Pricing was fair and honest. We actually asked if it would be worth replacing the roof on the whole half of the house, but Dallas said they wouldn't need to disturb that much area, and that our existing roof had enough life left such that it wouldn't be a good economic decision for us. Then, when one of the skylights stopped working as the result of a manufacturing defect, 1st Colorado Roofing returned to replace a part and check the installation at no additional cost even though they had installed everything correctly the first time. Highly recommend this roofing company and will use them again.
