1st Class Roofing is truly First Class. From the first meeting, to price quoting, to installation, to final inspection, the 1st Class Roofing team of Dale, Brittany, the installers, the superintendent and everyone we interacted with, showed respect and caring throughout the entire process, no matter what the question was or the ask for further explanation. This showed us they truly wanted to do a good job. With repairing / replacing our house roof and installing the proper overlay on our screen room metal roof, we now can walk into our screen room and not have it raining on our heads or walking through puddles and can enjoy conversations in that room or listen to the TV even when it is raining. On a scale of 1 - 5 gold stars, if we could give them a 6th gold star, we would. Thanks to the whole team. We enjoyed the experience.

I had my roof installed by 1st Class Roofing and can not be happier. I had multiple estimates with different companies, but Glenn was amazing and was able to offer everything I wanted and more. He sat with my wife and I, reviewed everything and answered all our questions. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process. Their office staff was friendly and always available as well and the installers were professional and highly skilled. They worked efficiently and were very organized and clean. They made sure the yard was rolled for nails throughout the day. We love our new roof and have recommended everyone to them for theirs. I highly recommend you call 1st Class Roofing if you’re looking for an honest high quality contractor.

1st Class Roofing, Inc. has offered us excellent service from our initial call for a roof inspection appointment to the unexpected post installation follow-up call. When he came out to our home for the roof inspection; Dale, our account manager, was prompt, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of 1st Class Roofing, Inc.’s products, services, materials. We were very pleased with how efficiently the roofing task was completed by1st Class Roofing, Inc.; the quality of workmanship, the attention to detail provided by the service crew both during and after our roof installation; the after roofing clean-up service was meticulous. And the GAF Golden Pledge Limited Warranty issued by 1st Class Roofing, Inc. is a plus!
