  These folks are truly amazing. The representative from 1st Choice Roofing is thorough and knowledgeable, the workers are true craftsmen, and the office staff is top notch. After a terrible experience with the installers of our previous roofing job, we feared working with another roofer. The previous roofer went out of business before paying the supplier, leaving us with a lien and months of unwanted dealings. The roof leaked in several places. To make a long story short, the previous roofing job was a failure. Fearing the worst, we had had a few roofing contractors out to quote us. 1st Choice wasn't the most or least expensive, but we felt at ease with the representative that came out. Carl walked us through the process and the schedule. His experience meant that he knew what needed to be done, addressed our concerns (squirrels ate the led vent pipes) and Carl had the solution without adding unnecessary expenses. As it turns out we were right in selecting 1st Choice Roofing to do our job!! They did a great job. They spread netting around the house during the removal of the old shingles and cleaned up after work every day. They even ran a shop magnet over the area! I was totally surprised to find that they had the entire roof sealed in with the “peel and stick” on the first day. The second day the roof was finished by 3PM! And the quality of work is excellent. All of the roof lines are straight. The skylight fits perfect, is a better quality, and has a cleaner appearance than the old one. The 1st Choice team is always on time, they are helpful, and are true professionals. They made the entire process seamless from quote to finish. I would recommend Carl and his crew to everyone. Five Stars all the way.

  We have gotten several quotes on our roof and picked this. Company overall Tom came and did our estimate very professional did not rush answered all of our questions. took pictures while on the roof and when he came down explained everything he found. Carl was in charge of the installation. He was very polite listen to our concerns; he checked in with us throughout the installation process to see if we had any questions. He made sure everything went smoothly, he came back the day after installation to see if we had any additional question and ran the metal detector over again to make sure everything was picked up. All around a very good company great work great people could not ask for anyone better. If you need Roofing hands down this is who you need to pick!!!!

  1st Cchoice did an amazing Job with my reroof. Insurance required this and 1st Choice handled it outstanding. Would like to give a special thanks to the Owner for Jumping Through Hoops to satify my insurance comapany making sure I retained all of my discounts.Him Dealing with the insurance alone was a blessing.
