  So I never thought to leave a review up until this point, but I'll give it a shot. So 1st choice restoration came by our house in 2012 to clean up flood in our basement and repair everything. Once they left there were still chunks of drywall missing (which they never fixed). On top of that everything we had in our basement was essentially just thrown all over the place and left for us to clean up. We tried to reach them multiple times and it eventually got to the point where they would no longer answer their phone.

  We experienced water damage in a 600 sq. ft rental in July, 2017. This project was completed in December 2017. Really 5 months, i could have built the home in less time. Most everything as it related to scheduling, construction, paperwork etc. was a nightmare.

  Good response time, poor attitude, no call no show for next day appt., is there a negative rating? "ONE AWW S--T, TAKES AWAY ALL YOUR ATTABOYS!"
