  Jon was extremely professional and meticulous. When he arrived, he talked with me about how he would proceed and assured me that he would be able to clean all of the areas that needed cleaning. He cleaned our driveway and entrance path to the front door, as well as all of the sides of the house. In the back, he cleaned the deck area around our pool and the lanai. He took his time with all of these areas, ensuring that no dirt, scuff marks, moss nor mold were left behind. Honestly, the house never looked so good; it practically sparkled when he was finished. In addition to his attentive work, he also took the time to explain the trouble areas and what I can do to keep it looking good. I highly recommend 1st Choice Pressure Washing & Roof Cleaning (and its owner Jon) for your pressure washing needs.

  Jon did an unbelievable job on pressure washing my house. He was on-time, very meticulous and detailed. Took his time on the entire project. Removed YEARS of dirt and debris from the walls and gutters. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! It's a pleasure knowing there's a conscientious, ambitious service provider that takes pride in his good work - rare indeed.

  Jon did a fantastic job cleaning my home, pool patio area ,screen room and driveway! My home was so dirty I thought I was going to need to paint. My home looks great and now if I want to paint it I can not because I have to. My home received a beautiful makeover! I appreciate the quality of work you did.
