Was referred to 1st Call by my insurance company. Provided an estimate for roof replacement. Worked with me to set service date, select shingles, and walk me through how to navigate insurance process. Derek Hayes provided some great guidance and was helpful and communicative throughout the entire thing. Roof looks great and I am trying to figure out additional things around the house where I can utilize their services. Would highly recommend.

Great Job by all 3 guys who showed up the day after my water disaster to get things started and all cleaned up. Communicated very well with me everything that needed to be done. Even brought us breakfast the first day they showed up. Pleasant surprise. Mitigation process was very smooth efficient. Kept the house clean as possible for us with plastic barriers to kept heat and dust from entering other clean rooms. BTW, they answered the phones every time I called, even on Christmas Day. I also had 1st Call do the reconstruction work as well. We needed drywall reconstruction, painting, carpet reinstalled, laminate flooring put in, and the entire kitchen porcelain tile torn up and replace. I am completely satisfied with the entire team that worked on getting everything back in order at my home. The entire team did an excellent job. Especially Shawn since he was here almost everyday and here from the beginning. They were all very professional and a joy to talk to every day. Thanks so much 1st Call for everything.

Called them out on Saturday the day after a storm. I informed them my sump had failed they told me someone would be out. Someone arrived late in the Evening did the absolute bare minimum to extract water left it so soaked the water would shoot upwards. I told them the house was under contract and it was imperative we get this going ASAP, I was told someone would be back the next day and we’ll after calling several time the first of many conversations where information was not passed along. Poor communication said my “carpet was delaminating”. Just a constant of poor communication with Alan mostly the division supervisor but as I found out later calls were hardly returned unless you put in a massive effort. Basically you should really get pricing don’t just rely on the “first call” call around and get pricing there will be add ons and a $9300 bill for carpet and some baseboards isn’t worth it with their service because no one communicates. I pride myself on not leaving reviews in negative fashion but after my experience in my time Of need I will gladly leave this review
