  Best in class. Sebastian and team have built a highly recommended, first-class business based on quality craftsmanship, superior customer service and a sense of business ethics that elude so many others. We were looking for a top-rated contractor to help us after a super damaging hail storm that totaled our roof, window screens and surrounding vinyl, outdoor furniture, garage doors, etc. Sebastian was one of the few we interviewed. His personality exuded a professional and ethical confidence with which my husband and I both connected. He was there for us all the way through the process. He was in constant communication, was extremely organized, consistently alerting us to his next steps, and was open to all of our questions. We took the opportunity to ask about putting an outdoor addition onto the home as we planned for his company to replace our roof and he was creatively responsive. He designed and had his team build a formal covered patio. Every detail was perfect, down to the caulk. We not only endorse and recommend him and his company, we will forever keep him as a resource for any exterior work needed for our home or fences. Thank you, Sebastian and 180 Roofing & Contracting.   When my insurance company denied my claim, I felt totally helpless. I consulted with 180 roofing and other contractors and went on to work with Mr. Sebastian Ventura and his team, which turned out to be the best decision that I made. I would like to speak to all women out there who have to make decisions and operate as the head of the house either by default, in the absence of your partner, or by choice. Mr. Ventura was a huge relief, as he was very thorough and communicated every detail throughout the entire process. Not only did this make me feel reassured, but it also kept me in the loop and made me feel in total control of my project. I also felt very safe having people in and out of my personal space. I seldom write reviews, however, I had to make this effort to say thank you to you and your team, for taking pride in your work, operating with integrity, the spirit of excellence, and timely execution.
