The timeliness, quality, and clean-up of the work performed by 123 Exteriors exceeded our expectations.  They kept us informed every step of the way and we are thrilled with the final product.

123 Exteriors did a beautiful job replacing our roof, siding, gutters and skylights from storm damage.  Great siding colors to pick from.  Services were done without any problems.  Work crew was very nice, polite and cleanded up all waste very well.  Everyone was easy to work with and I would highly recommend.

We had wind damage to our older cedar shake roof. I met with Erica and Dale Haas and was impressed with their outlook and moved forward visiting some homes they did recent work at. Again impressed! We coordinated my claim and we now have a beautiful new roof. Their crews who did the tear down and installation were amazing! Clean neat reliable and experts at cedar roofing! They even repaired a few old facia boards and did a custom job on my dormer window pans!

I would recommend their work and business partnership to anyone and would welcome any visit from a prospective client to look over my job!

123 Exteriors was professional from start to finish!  My husband and I were very impressed with Erika Reed.  She insisted on being here when our insurance adjuster came to inspect the hail damage on our roof; no other roofing company did that.  She walked us through the entire process from start to finish, and was very knowledgeable and helpful about filing our insurance claims.  We really appreciated that as it eased our minds since our insurance company changed adjusters a couple of times throughout this process.  The crew was very experienced and professional, and they thoroughly cleaned up afterward -- a big plus in my book!   I heartily recommend 123 Exteriors!  What a great company to work with!

Erica did a great job of getting us qualified for a hail damage claim from State Farm. She did her own inspection and assured us we would qualify. Then she came out with the SF adjustor and got us the claim. All we paid was deductible and got a new roof and new siding. They did a great job and were very responsive to any issues. Would definitely recommend them!

Working with Dale Haas and his team was great. He made the process of working with our insurance company very easy. Dale kept us informed throughout the process. The installation team was  prompt, courteous and hard working.  They did an excellent job of cleaning up after the project was complete.  We are very satisfied with our new roof and gutters. Dale Haas of 123 Exteriors gives excellent customer service.  He helped me to file an insurance claim (insurance paid for partial repair).  Years later we contacted him, since we are impressed with his dedication and honesty.  We got a total roof replacement with 123 Exteriors and we are happy with the quality of the work.  Minor damage was done to our siding, but they fixed that immediately to our satisfaction.   Dale Haas is a joy to work with.

In 2018, 123 Exteriors helped us with replacing our roof and siding after storm damage. Erica and team were very helpful every step of the way and explained the complete process. From the first step of assessing the damage cause by the storm, to taking all the photos and notes required to file the insurance claim, Erica was very knowledgeable and professional.

After the initial approval from the insurance, we began the process of selecting the replacement materials. This process was also handled very professionally which allowed us to take the time to select the right colors. We even changed our minds a few times.

The actual job was scheduled based on daily monitoring of the weather report to avoid any rains. During the replacement work, Erica and the job supervisor Marco would conduct frequent visits to ensure the work was progressing well. Any additional contingency was noted so that the appropriate claim can be made with the insurance.

Overall, we were very happy and satisfied with the work done by 123 Exteriors. A special thanks to Erica for managing this process smoothly.

Erica Reed did her absolute best to be informative every step of the way.  In a process that was unfamiliar and confusing for us the best advice she ever gave was to "trust the process."
Erica worked effectively with insurance adjusters to make sure they understood the extent of the work to be done and found top notch contractors to carry out, in our case, window replacement and roof and gutter repairs.
Additionally, because our unit was just one town home in a multi-unit community with storm damage Erica was hired by the homeowners association as a whole to undertake common repairs which gave her a chance to demonstrate the ability to juggle the complexity of working with multiple different insurance companies simultaneously to get a large project done.
With all the components it took some time, but Erica got the job done to our great satisfaction.
