  Worst person ever, I worked for Ken and always promised to pay when the job was done, after job was done he will always ignore calls and hide like a rat, anyways I ended up doing a few houses for him and he never paid me. He is always hiring people off from Craigslist, doesn’t even interview them or background check them, one time he hired some druggies from Medford to do a house there without even knowing them, it turned out that those people where not even roofers they were just druggies trying to make some cash, he just sent them to do tear off and roof the house, they tear off the house made a big mess nails piles of garbage all over the yard and couldn’t put the new roof back on the house because they never roof before, so they walked out of the job and left it exposed to the weather, that same day it rained hard and the entire home was flooded with water inside, I can see the poor homeowner not knowing what to do calling Ken and Ken just hiding like a rat as usual, this person doesn’t not know nothing about roofing neither does have reliable employees, he just posts add on Craigslist and picks up people who want to work. Please avoid this contractor, you’ll be better off paying a reliable company that guaranteed you quality and workmanship than paying cheap labor. You get what you pay for.

  UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! DO NOT CALL. I received a $2000 quote from them for siding work. 3 weeks later when I was ready to go ahead with the work they adjusted their quote to $4000! Really! Twice the amount. This is unethical, advantageous and just plain rude.
