  The two young men that came to install my windows was very professional, they explained everything in detail. They started there work at 9:30 am and by 3pm they were done. They hauled all of the old window which was approved plus. They did such a wonderful job. The new windows made my house smile, me too. I appreciate the hard they did. I will be using Window World for other projects I have. You guys are the best. Thank you so much.

  I’ve waited 5 months to get my windows in stock. They never even called me for updates on my windows, I had to call them every time. So finally they set a time for Monday. So I take all my blinds down Sunday, and I get a call from the installer Sunday evening saying they can’t make it on Monday. After I’ve canceled a very important Doctors appointment. Installer says they will be here on Thursday, okay great. I get a call on Thursday morning saying they can’t come and it will be Monday. I still have no windows. Still no communication from the home office.

  The actual installation of our windows were performed in a extremely professional manner. The employees were efficient, friendly, respectful, and worked in a timely manner. They cleaned up all areas, and explained how to properly use the windows, and asked us not to remove the window stickers until the windows were inspected by city officials. The actual problem we had with the company was BEFORE the work started; the wait time from signing the contract to the actual start of the work, and the lack of communication with the company in trying to receive concrete information regarding the ongoing status of our windows. However, in all fairness, we do understand that we signed up for the work in the middle of the health crisis, when nothing is “normal”. We feel that there should have been a better line of communication from the company, especially when the actual wait time was doubled from what we were initially told. Better communication would have definitely eliminated a lot of stress on our end. Well, in the end, it all worked out; we were able to get our windows installed before the end of the 2021 year! We are very happy with the windows. They have given our home an entirely new updated look!
