  Jeremy with Window World worked with us to replace a sliding door. He did a great job explaining their products and setting up the order. We’re very impressed with the product and love our new door. It’s better than anything we viewed in the home improvement stores and competitively priced. Since it was a replacement door, the huge benefit was to find a company the both sold and installed the product. Finding a contractor right now is impossible. It was nice not having to deal with a store and finding a contractor to do the installation.

  I have referred Jeremy Conrad to several of my customers for windows and other projects I was not able to provide. Every time I receive comments back from my customers saying how helpful and professional he was. He has never failed to take care of any of my customers and I appreciate having someone trustworthy to recommend.

  We called window world in early 2021, decided to go with the top of the line siding for our home. Put the down payment towards the siding and waited for it to arrive 2022 the installers show up at our house unannounced with siding that wasn’t what we ordered. My wife noticed that the siding wasn’t what we ordered. We called Window World and was told the siding we wanted was no longer available in the premium but I guess they expected us to pay the same amount for the downgraded siding that arrived. Only after this matter was addressed they knocked off $300. Knocked off 300 dollars and we paid for the premium siding still and got the bottom of the barrel. I emailed them and no reply. If you’re in the market to get ripped off give ‘em a call. I would not recommend dealing with this company. There are other options out there and I wish we would have chose someone else to spend our money with after waiting so long for siding that was unavailable anyway.

  I as the owner apologize that you feel this way. Supply chain disruptions have greatly reduced the availability of products. Once we figured out that your color wasn’t delivered by your wife we were more than happy in adjusting the bill to reflect what your actually receiving. It’s not normally what we have to do. Once we order the product it comes as ordered. But that’s not what occurred. It’s our continuous goal to provide up front answers and customer care no matter the challenges we face during this unprecedented time of supply chain issues.
