The agent managing this effort, Kevin Niles, was instrumental in providing prompt and timely information, making me feel confident with the installation. The crew doing the work were very well organized and efficient in completing the work rapidly including cleaning up all debris around the house.

  Excellent job, great people!! We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done for us! From the beginning to the end everyone took the time to make this a great project! Started with Jeff and ended with Jeff making sure everything was done right. Thank you for a great job!! It certainly has made a difference this winter!!!

  Excellent experience from start to finish. Jeff was amazing and followed through with every aspect of the job. Both my neighbors and I could not believe the job was done in less than 11hrs start to finish!! I walked around the house and everything was cleaned up perfectly. It’s like they were never here! I would highly recommend Jeff and the west Michigan roofing team to anyone.
