  Before we met Top Line Roofing Contractors, we had come across a couple of shady roofing contractors who were out for a quick buck but hesitant to do a solid job. But with Top Line, their ground team did an amazing job putting up a great roof. What I loved the most about them is that they took us carefully through the entire roofing process. Such an amazing job!

  Scott was an absolute delight to deal with; he was both professional and personable. The job was of high quality. For the past two years, my porch has been steadily leaking. Scott inspected the condition, suggested a liquid roof, and quoted me a reasonable price. He completed the task in a timely and competent manner. There are no complications. He was eager to answer my inquiries and address my worries. The completed product was stunning. There will be no more leaks.... They are very best in Portland roofers.
