  Texas Roof Support was very thorough in the inspection process of my roof. They gave me all my options for replacing my roof and they even have a maintenance plan after installation! Sara was very professional and I highly recommend anyone needing any type of roof or gutters to contact Sara!

  We have a 9000 square foot commercial building that need re-roofing and painting. I got bids from 4 or 5 companies. Texas Roof Support was one of the last companies to bid. Just as I was attempting to get some of the other bidders to comply with exactly what they were bidding on, not 1 but 2 of them refused to honor their bids due to increases in material costs. My main contact with Texas Roof Support was Jacob Moser. He assured me they would stand by their quotation. Several additions and changes were made to the quote, but items already called out did not change in price or specifications. Due to difficulties with the city where the building is located there were complications on having the water service re-connected. Texas Roof Support arranged for water to be available so the painting contractors could power wash the building. There was no additional charge for the water, which was really not their responsibility. I would have gladly paid for the water but Jacob made it a non-issue. Great people to work with. There were delays on getting the roof installed due to shipping loss. I was kept informed and any time I had questions, Jacob was a phone call away. He called me regularly as the job progressed. I received photos of the job as it progressed. I cannot think of anything that could have been done differently that would have improved the final outcome. Great local company to do business with.
