  Tecta America did a great job completing my roof repair. The two crew members were cordial and very professional. I want to personally thank Lance who was my initial contact. Lance was very professional and explained how he would proceed with correcting the roof issue.

  DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Was employed there and they're a joke. Refused to pay me wages owed when I left, been 2 weeks still haven't received it. Always shorting guys hours even though it has to be logged 3 different ways. They're just a franchise with no real experience in how to run a department. The service Manager Mike Mulroney toyed with my check knowing I have 5 kids during a pandemic like it's some kind of game. They have no concept of roof installation and want to try to coat everything as opposed to using the existing roof membranes. Trucks falling apart, old equipment, inexperienced management. They replied to my review within hours but still haven't paid me and blocked my phone number.

  This place is withholding my Husbands check during a pandemic with a family of 5 children and the Service Manager Mike Mulroney refused to pay him his check for hours already worked. They replied to his review within hours but still wont pay him. They claim procedures they have to follow but didnt bother following their own nor federal or state laws regarding withholding pay. They blocked his phone number while replying saying to call them. I assure you this was over a personal vendetta towards my husband and until he's paid his rightful check we will continue to out this horrible place worth half a billion a year in revenue withholding pay from a lone essential worker who didnt want to work for them and now I understand why. They admitted in their own reply to my husband he was a decent employee which proves the whole situation was due to Mike's personal conflict. He admitted to my husband he was the one who stopped his direct deposit and was holding his check to coax him into a altercation.
