  I recommended this company to my mother because I once had a wonderful experience with them. They replaced her roof in 2014 and I was not impressed. I thought it looked terrible, but she was okay with it. It was also very expensive to me. Fast forward to 2020, the insurance company has some issues with the roof. I called superior roofing to get them to check it out and see if it's covered or not and to get it fixed. They gave me every excuse possible. They could not be bothered to check it out or to return my calls. this went on from Nov 2020 until today. Just tired of them now Terrible experience.
