  Dallas was responsive after Storm Delta to tarp my house. He came at the recommendation through an outside source. Between dealing with insurance and exercising due diligence discussing options with multiple companies, I chose Stephens Roofing. Dallas was responsive, answered my questions over a series of calls, explained the damage in lay terms, and presented a few different options. His crew was on time, took their time to not rush the job, and the area that was replaced looks great! Additionally, he noticed where there was some underlying decking issues which was what was also causing the leaks and replaced that as well. He communicated through the entire process and documented what needed to be done through photos. His team went above and beyond replacing a few loose shingles on the back of the house(area not damaged by storm) and even chased my dog that escaped back into the back yard. If you made it to this part of my review, this review is pretty consistent with the others that are before mine. Dallas certainly knows his stuff when it comes to this business and can be trusted with your home.

  I hired Stephens to replace my gutters, the new ones look great. They even put gutters on my mudroom for no extra cost which was awesome. They had everything done in about an hour and a half. Definite 5 stars

  I recommend Dallas for any work you need done. I'm selling my home and needed work done in a certain time frame. I texted and he came out that same day! His quote was very reasonable and honest. He came out within a week to repair siding and replace a gutter. He did a great job and was very professional! Highly recommend!
