  Beware!!! I'm giving 1 star because there is nothing lower. Today I received a certified letter informing me a lien has been placed on my property - the company did not pay the supplier where the purchased the materials for my roof. The supplier has let me know the owners of this company said they are still waiting on my insurance check. This is false, my insurance check was delivered and signed over to Southern Pro in June. My insurance company has a copy of the canceled check Southern Pro endorsed and cashed. This has been a total mess since day one. How does this company get away with this???

  Southern Pro Contracting installed a new roof on my mother’s home in Sugar Hill and her roof turned out great! We’re extremely impressed with how knowledgeable they are and the service they provided. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family!
