  -5 ⭐️ Very unprofessional and inexperienced when it comes to building homes. Bubba still has a housing contract with us but was unable to fulfill his obligations and get things done in a timely manner. After numerous attempts to contact hi we had to turn to the legal route. I’d advise anyone looking to build with him to Please Please do your homework and get references.

  A month into planning ( plans, soil samples, take off lists, sub contractor meetings, vendor meetings etc. ) Mr. Storms contacted me stating they don’t have the money to build so naturally we put everything on hold, 6 months later we get a call from Mr. Storms asking what we are going to do, I then told him we can resume the build after a new contract and estimate is signed he then tells me that WE don’t have the money to build THEIR house. The Storms signed my contract with the payment schedule in writing stating that we require 30% down to start. Right now the Storms are in breach of contract as well as defamation of character. We spent a lot of time on this build and turned down two other builds to give this one our full attention, this caused a lot of problems for us but we got through it. We do not start any jobs without down payments, this is why we require retainer fees also. Imagine all the money we could have lost. Also, I have asked numerous times for any contact to be through email which they failed to do.
