  I would not recommend. Did a less than acceptable job on sheet rock replacement. Vent opening is cut bigger than vent and has air gap now. Texture heavy in areas and one spot almost dripping. Not all patches were sanded before texture was applied. Late on more than One occasion. Flooring was done right. The sewer backup due to construction debris caught in snake and called to make Russell’s aware and was told next day I should have called them first.

  There were no complaints when I collected final payment other than the vent. I knocked $50 off the final bill. When we recieved the call concerning the "debri" and was told they had a plumber come out, I asked what company. They would not tell me. Yes, I asked why we weren't called so that we could fix the issue IF it was our fault. We didn't get a call until almost 24 hours had pasted after finding the "so-called" issue. Customer satisfaction is what we strive for. I feel this review is based on wanting more money taken off (refunded) not on poor quality.

  I need two sinks changed in my bathrooms. They did it in one day and for the best price around! Professional but laid back. I love these guys!
