  My initial meeting with Ricky was the thing that guaranteed that I would be using his company. I met with a few other companies but it was the obvious integrity and authenticity that Ricky displays that won my business. He did not disappoint. He was clear and honest. He was diligent, expedient and efficient. He was patient explaining things to me when the insurance company would muddy the waters. The work was excellent and done when he said it would be. He checked on me afterward to make certain all was well. He is a professional, a man of integrity and it was my great pleasure to have had this encounter with him and his company. I recommend him for anything and everything his company offers.

  After receiving 4 roofing contractor recommendations from my insurance company and none showed up, I called Red Ladder Roofing. The owner came and spent almost 3 hours inspecting my roof. Not only did he complete the insurance claims adjusters work, he also called a crew to come do a temporary patch. My insurance company was quite pleased as well as I. Should have a 10 star rating.
