  PuroClean was on site within minutes of my phone call responding to water damage from an overflowing bath fxture, even though it was after hours. We had water on 3 floors, and they brought all the right equipment for each different material that needed drying, preserving as many of the finishes as possible. They measured the amount of moisture hidden behind the drywall, the hardwood floors, and helped talk me through the implications of opening a few small areas for faster drying. That's when the magic happened. Other companies might have knocked holes with a hammer. PuroCleans crew set up dust containment walls quickly and efficiently, cut square, clean, small, and easy to patch holes in the ceiling. They were three feet from a kitchen counter and I didn't even have to wipe it off. They opened other areas so selectively that they will not even need patching, because they opened the wall only behind the baseboard. Their crew was thoughtful, caring, and made sure that we were taking the right approach that was also minimally impactful, and easy to repair. I hope to have more water damage, so I can call them again.
