Professional Home Improvement did a wonderful job on my roof at a great price. They were very Professional as the name says and then crew did great work with a great clean up. I gave already recommended this company and will do it again. Thank you Ron and all your crew.

Called and had rep. Come out and give quote on installing roof, we agreed on price and setup, never showed on time I called and talked to owner, he was rude to me and said I talked his person into lower price, he then sent out a bad sub contractor to do job, took forever and did very bad job, had leaks after, they came back and put sealer on instead of fixing and would not fix ceiling damage inside of house.would not recommend these people for any job. Also trim they installed really looks bad. They should have turned down job if didn't like price not sent out sub par people to do job. I hired them to replace roof not a subcontractor.

BUYER BEWARE! If you are considering this company make sure you read the fine print! Especially the clause about arbitration in their contract. I would suggest finding another company because they won't care about you or your home. The estimator was very vague in the contract and would not fully write out all of the work that we talked about. He said "We do this all of the time and it will be a quality job. The contractors will know what needs to be done." Well that was our first mistake believing him. Long story short...They hired a sub par roofing contractor to do an extensive remodel of 3 rooms, including adding a bathroom to the 2nd floor of our home in place of a former bedroom. PHI then allowed that contractor to hire an unlicensed plumber who caused a ton of structural damage by cutting very large of holes in the floor joist. We kept asking to see the permits for the job and they first said a permit wasn't required, then they kept making excuses, saying the permits were not picked up yet. I contacted the State of Michigan for plumbing and also the township and permits had not been issued. After many phone calls to PHI, a second crew was sent in to finish the work. That contractor then demo'd everything the previous guy did. In the process they compromised the electrical that had already been run (that we had paid for ourselves) and was permitted and ready for inspection. The contractor left a total mess and never came back. We requested a refund of our down payment and they sent us back about a forth of what we had given them. Congratulations PHI, glad you didn't have to incur any losses because we sure did! They did offer to finish the job but we would have to be insane to let them near our home a 3rd time.
