  Lackluster communication from dispatch/techs. Had a three leaks in two buildings, one leak repair didn’t hold. Called back, was told so and so would be back out, he no showed me. Then got a call randomly a few days later, a different tech was on site but I was never informed he was coming, and I was out of town. Everyone has been nice, but communication needs some work.

We met as a team and reviewed all of the specifics of your roof and the situation. Bottom line is we had a gap in our process that created this situation, that unfortunately you experienced. After reviewing, we have tightened that process which now also includes a communications check, to make sure our customers are getting, not only the personable communication that you received, but also the timely and important scheduling communication that you did not get. I’m truly sorry that this happened to you, and am grateful that you brought this to our attention so we could make the changes necessary to prevent this from happening in the future.   We have been using Primm for the past 7 months to do roofing repairs at our community and they have been great! Shauna is always very quick to respond and get us scheduled and when David and his helper come out they are very thorough in there inspections and let us know what is going on before any repairs are approved! We would recommend Primm for your roofing needs.

  We called Primm Roofing to fix 3 leaks on my commercial building and have been very unhappy with their work. We are new to owning a building like this and have learned a lot in this process. They came out and quoted the job then when they sent the bill it was $300 higher than what they had quoted with no notification to me and after complaining they stuck with their quote. Then when it rained again 2 or the 3 leaks still leaked so we called them again and they fixed 1 of the leaks. I was then told the leak was coming from somewhere else and I paid them again to fix the leak which still leaked again after the next rain and they came out 2 additional times and the leak just moved to another area to which I was told they had to charge me again. I called another roofing company and they fixed it the first time so don't waste your time with Primm unless you enjoy spending a lot of money for no results!
