Prepare to have problems if this outfit builds your trussest I ordered a simple gable truss set for a small house I am building. Their sale an came to the site and measured for the trusses. The trusses arrived fairly quickly. We needed a crane to set them as the house is 2 stories. When the crane arrived, it was 65 and sunny with a light breeze. The crane operator set up and we lifted the forst truss into place. The first 5 trusses are to overohang a porch by 4 foot. TheTmeasurements didntd seem to line up quite right but the wind picked up right about then and it temp dropped 20 degrees. I hadhtohpay for the crane so instead of setting all of the trusses, we simply set all but 3 shorter rear trusses together in a bundle on the wall. We could just slide them into position 1 at a time when the weather cleared. We sat the 3 shorter trusses on the floor inside the walls. A few days later, I sent mymguys to finish setting the trusses. TheyTset the short trusses that the rear of the house first because they were in the way setting on the floor. Then when they gotgtogthe trusses that spanned wall to wall, they were 2 feet to wide. This explained the discrepancy we ran into the day we had the crane there. The trusses were all based on a 26 foot span when they should have been based on a 24 foot span., they all needed to be removed and rebuilt. I called the supplier who put me in contact with the same salesman that measured up the house in the first place and he said they would have new trusses out as soon as possible. I sent him a drawing of the home and asked him to include three more trusses to the package that would cover an additional area added to the back of the home. He said no problem. A couple days later arrived. The trusses to replace the original dresses that were wrong we're just fine but the the additional trusses for the area at the rear of the home we're built wrong. So I hired the crane to come back out. My guys remove the trusses and then reset the new set of trusses. Now I am out my labor my guys labor and the price of the crane rental. The salesman that Miss measured in the first place told me that Pioneer would take care of this my costs. That is not happened. They do not return my correspondence. And now I'm left with a set of trusses that I had to haul away from the site and store that I do not want. I suppose that I could have measured the trusses though I've never had to measure a set of trusses in my life that were this simple and we're built after a salesperson came out to measure the actual site. As a matter of fact the only present I would want to measure or expect to have then built wrong would be for a roof that is very complex and at that point it's almost impossible to measure the trusses while they're on the ground because of the way that they assemble on the roof. By your Tresses somewhere else these guys are a joke. ****EDIT**** In the end, they paid me for the crane to come back out. I was out the labor portion but at least they bore a portion of the cost.
