  These guys were great from beginning to end. Jordan, the Project Estimator, came to me with a fresh idea on how to do my dormers, which is what sold me on using Metro East. After that, Brian, Junior and the crew were phenomenal. They showed up early and worked every day until the job was done. They moved fast, did a high quality job, and cleaned up every night. The property was spotless when they were finished. They consulted with me along the way and fixed some things that a previous roofer had done incorrectly. Both owners visited the jobsite and one of them, Tony, was here almost every day handling some detail work and making sure I was happy with everything. I give them my highest recommendation and would hire them again if the need arises.

  Receptionist is Nice enough, But I had to call to talk about an appointment that I thought was scheduled for today, only to find the receptionist say that the estimator " Might" make it on Wednesday (today). I told her that I would find someone that is able to do tangible quote days, because basically this wait for a call was a waste of my time. I really don't remember hearing well we can't promise that he won't make it there. Since I was asked for a specific time from . But even then he was suppose to call ahead of the 11:00 am appt time. So I sit here wondering why he never called to say he couldn't make the appt? Not a Good way to run a business.. Contact with potential customer goes a loooooooong way.

  They did not properly secure the gutters to the house. They tried to secure the gutters to the siding. The winds ripped off the gutters and part of the siding on my house. They said they would be out to fix it. That was 2 months ago and I have not heard from them yet. Do not use this company!!!!!!!
