  Overall not happy with the product. Challenges were: 1. Side gutter was attached to the neighbors fence. They came out and cut off the gutter and used a gutter hose to get reach the ground. 2. Cut 1 1/2 inch eave vent holes, smallest we can find are 2 inch vents. One board cracked when drilling the holes. Were told whoever paints the house can fix it. Our painter will replace the eave panels and drill 2 inch holes and charge us by the hour. 3. Eave on the back side of the house was removed by us, which showed we needed the new roof. They told us we had to replace the boards ourselves, not part of their quote (we pointed it out to them when they looked at the roof) and wouldn't give a new quote. We have the panels, just need them cut and nailed under the eave. Our painter will do the job and charge us by the hour. 4. We asked for a red roof, they said no problem. Ended up with a sort of brownish red roof. Our fault, we should have asked for shingle samples. 5. A vent pipe got disconnected while they were installing the flashing on top of the roof. They taped the pipe together, said we needed to have a new pipe cut. Painter will see if he can do the repair and charge us by the hour. Installation was quick and they replaced a lot of old wood. Did a great job cleaning up each day. Only found a few roofing nails in the driveway, fortunately not with the vehicle tire. :-) So far, no rain since the installation. When we get a good, we'll know exactly how good the job was. Not worried about this though, looks well done. Unfortunately, it is difficult to get pictures of the roof. I don't have a drone and can't get an angle that looks good.

  l can't say enough about Sylvester and his crew. Service, professionalism, workmanship was all there and pronounced, it's easy to see they take pride in their work. Everyone was well behaved too, which isn't always the truth with trade crews lol. But I really appreciate Sylvester lifting this burden from our shoulders so we could concentrate on other transactions demanding our attention. And, i just realized I didn't mention punctual, but they were indeed. They completed the roof (with the dry rot repairs) in the exact number of days he estimated. They began work every day precisely on time, and left the property as they found it, too. Remarkable, as I didn't know they still had businesses that deserve a great reputation!

  Silvestre Sanchez and Matlock Roofing reroofed our Summer cabin, in Camp Meeker, in less than two days. Needed to replace 10 pieces of plywood as well. Very reasonable pricing, and accommodating. Completed the project during the Spring of 2019. Very pleased with the quality of Matlock’s work.
