  Had appointment set at 11AM for quote on gutter system. Employee calls me at 11 stating he would be late. He arrived 40 minutes late (I had asked for time off at work). He took pictures and told me the quote would be emailed to me the next day. its been two weeks and I have not received any quote. I left a voicemail 3 days ago to follow up and still have not received a response. Poor work ethic from what I saw.

  I hired Marva Roofing several months ago to install a metal roof on my new home build. This is a veteran owned business, and I’m a veteran as well, so it was a big factor in choosing them. I was not disappointed, they did an excellent job on a fairly difficult job. My house is over 4000sf so the roof area was fairly large with lots of transition spaces so it was slow moving at times but I didn’t mind when considering the final product. Jorge and his crew are true professionals. Jorge is not like most contractors I’ve seen that just get the job and the money and have someone else do the work. He gets his hand dirty and is in the middle of things and oversees everything to ensure the job is done right and to the customer’s satisfaction. I strongly recommend Marva Roofing and I am certain I will be doing business with them again in the future.
