Maly Built contacted us after a summer hail storm & came in & identified hail damage on our roof & gutters. Mark Maly did a great jop with getting us proposals, working with our insurance company & getting crews out to do the jobs. Both roof & gutters were completed in a timely manner Crews were excellent & dis a great job of cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend Maly Built to anyone.

Malybuilt Restoration replaced hail damaged roof and gutters last fall. They then replaced some of our siding, completely repainted our home, and restored our deck this spring. Their work is excellent, timely, and professional. We highly recommend Mark and his crew for any work you need.

I was very pleased with the entire contracting and execution process starting with Malybuilt Restoration, our subsequent negotiations and detailed on-the-roof discussions on exactly what work was going to be performed, agreement on working conditions at our facility and the installation schedule. Malybuilt's crew worked quietly and efficiently at our busy location and created zero interference problems with our daily traffic flow. They began and finished their installation work in accordance with the agreed-to schedule despite some bad weather days. Final site clean-up was just as promised. Highly recommended.

Malybuilt did a great job with removing our old roof on our house and garage and putting on the new roof. They also added ventilation for the attic and venting for our fans from the bathroom and kitchen. They showed up on time, were professional and had it all complete in 1 day. Thanks, Malybuilt!

Malybuilt Restoration replaced my roof, gutters & shutters for a whole house refresh. From the start, the guys was great to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, practical - re helped us make the right choices for us. The work was done with great care - They took photos of work in progress, explained the process so we were well informed. They also took pride in making sure we were completely satisfied with the final result - personally inspecting for quality and perfection. Our property was clean - no scraps, no nails - and all the old material was taken away. I highly recommend this company - they care about the detail to get the job done right.

Excellent experience both times I had them work on my roof.  The company worked with my insurance company on some details so I didn't have to be the middleman.  This time, repairs were to the roof, siding and gutters so it took a couple of different time slots to do all of it.  Crew was fantastic each time--they made a point to ask if it was ok to leave equipment overnight.  I wasn't there when the work was done so can't speak to that but cleanup was thorough.  Everything looks great. Recommend!

We have used and recommended Malybuilt Restoration. One of our existing roofs was very tricky to repair due to its construction. Malybuilt spent a lot more time dealing with it than they had in their quote, but kept at it till it was leak-free without requesting extra money.

We had a small leak in our roof above the kitchen. Noticed it after a hard rain over the weekend. Called Mark and he came out the same day. He found a few small nails in the roof that appeared to be causing the leak.  Mark added some sealant to the areas at no charge, and they were not even the original installers! Very appreciative of Mark, and would highly recommend Malybuilt Restoration!!

I normally don't write reviews, but after our recent experience with Malybuilt, I wanted to let others know. These guys have been great to work with. They assisted with the replacement of my roof, siding, and windows. Their communication is top notch. The quality of work is amazing. Malybuilt worked with us and our insurance company to put a new roof on our house after a major storm. Even though they were extremely busy due to the volume of work they were doing they never ignored us. We were kept updated on all aspects of our job and received personal attention when needed. They even came back three times to double check for roof nails in our yard! We are very happy with the work they did and our new roof looks beautiful.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Malybuilt Restoration !!! We bought a Small build your own shed a few a days ago.. tried to do the roof on it today couldn’t get it done (we know nothing about roofing and the wind didn’t help). We were running out of daylight to get this done before a big storm came in tonight.  I was panicking trying to figure out what to do since we all ready had stuff in the shed. It was a fast and amazing service!

Never finished the job. Left trash in the yard, shingles and nails in the gutters, gutters hanging off the house. Ignored my calls after awhile after not completing the job. Then threatened a lien on my home after I didn't pay them the 2nd half for doing half their job. Luckily another roofing company doing my neighbor's roof took the 2 full trash cans left in my yard. Gutters never got fixed and they pulled off the the seal that was put in place to keep animals out of my ceiling (that I pointed out on walk through had to be kept sealed) and now I have raccoons crawling in. Would never recommend.
Update: Lovely response from a company that ignored me for 3 months. Then gets upset when I do the same to them. Do 1/2 the job and then expect full payment? See you in court.

Can't express enough how happy we are with Malybuilt. Quality workmanship and crew was professional and did a great job of cleaning up. Their communication throughout the whole process was top notch. No wonder they have been in business for over 30 years.

We decided to go with MalyBuilt because they were local and their lead time was a few weeks compared to the months other companies were describing. By the time we got all things signed, the wait ended up being months anyway.

The schedule kept getting bumped back, sometimes for weather which is understandable, and sometimes because "there were bigger projects" that they had to attend to. I guess I expected that if I agreed on a certain time frame it would be reciprocated regardless of the size of my project compared to others.

The actual workmanship appears to be excellent, we are very pleased with the crews that came out. Clean up was great, and they were very aware of their conduct during and after the work. We did have a leak in a skylight afterwards, and when we finally noticed it and reported it they had someone out that next day, so we really appreciated that response time.

Sorting things out with insurance was another obstacle, for some reason insurance claimed they didn't have some forms, so we eventually had to pay more than our deductible for this claim, which was annoying because we were led to believe the work could be done under that.

Communication with the company was hit and miss, it appeared as though there were only two people working in the office. We went weeks without hearing anything and as soon as we started calling two or three days in a row we would get some activity. Just another aspect of this project taking too long.

Over all this project took entirely too long. We filed our claim in May or June maybe, and we didn't get the actual work done until September maybe? Supplemental work continually got pushed back too, and by the time we finished it and paid the bill it was nearly January. 7 months, Maybe that's to be expected in the industry? That is too long in my book.

We are satisfied because our broken roof/gutters/etc are repaired and that is the ultimate goal.

Timely, great communication, worked closely with our insurance adjuster and came out to our property multiple times to discuss roof color, siding paint color, additional damage and answer any questions we had.

It was a pleasure working with Malybuilt Restoration team. Great experience. Very professional staff. Quality workmanship.
